Entry-Level English Teacher in China – Training & Visa Sponsored

About the role

English 1 is looking for motivated, globally‑minded individuals to join its network of schools across China as full‑time English teachers. The position is designed for recent graduates or career‑changers with little or no prior teaching experience, offering a structured pathway into international education.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to learners aged 3–16 using an interactive, immersive classroom approach.
• Deliver high‑energy lessons based on English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to China.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in English (native or near‑native level).
• ESL certification such as TEFL, TESOL or CELTA (can be sponsored).
