Early Childhood Teacher – Pre‑K

About the role

We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher (Pre‑K) to join our BASIS International & Bilingual Schools campus in Wuhan. The teacher will work in a collaborative, co‑teaching environment, delivering a theme‑based, hands‑on curriculum that sparks curiosity and builds a strong foundation for elementary learning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Learning Enhancement Teacher to plan and deliver daily lessons.
• Implement a theme‑based, hands‑on curriculum that encourages child‑initiated play and inquiry.
• Foster meaningful relationships with each student to support personalized learning trajectories.
• Guide students toward academic achievement, personal responsibility, and intellectual growth.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues to stay current with educational techniques.
