职位概况
负责在门店内开展品牌培训，提升员工产品知识、销售技巧及客户服务水平，确保培训效果落地并持续跟进。
主要职责
- 组织并执行月度HM培训、季度DM培训及新品上市知识培训，确保每人每年至少完成规定次数。
- 负责区域内店铺的培训安排、质量检核及线上辅导，跟进访店、现场指导并提交访店报告。
- 与零售管理层沟通培训计划效果，汇总培训需求与反馈，制定并执行区域培训计划。
- 支持零售业绩提升，包括角色扮演、CRM话术指导、社媒内容拍摄及销售案例分享。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，具备2年以上品牌零售工作经验，有精品或高端化妆品销售经验者优先。
- 具备培训与辅导经验，能够承受工作压力，拥有良好的沟通表达能力。
- 热爱新媒体，熟悉自媒体运营及品牌形象分享，具备亲和力和开朗的性格。
