Digital Media Management Faculty (Professor, Associate or Assistant)

About the role

Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU) is recruiting full-time faculty in Digital Media Management in Zhuhai, China, at the Professor, Associate Professor or Assistant Professor level. The university seeks candidates with teaching interests and strong research expertise in digital media management, data analytics, platform economics and related digital business disciplines. Positions are expected to be filled in February 2027, with academic rank set according to experience and research achievements.

Key responsibilities

• Teach at an excellent standard in undergraduate or postgraduate courses.
• Conduct academic research in digital media management, data analytics, platform economics and related fields.
• Pursue scholarly research that advances the discipline.

Required profile

• PhD in a related discipline.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
• Teaching interests and key research strengths in digital data analytics, content analytics, digital operations management, platform economics, traffic acquisition and optimization, budget planning, AI-generated content management, data-driven media management and digital business models.
• Preferred: ability to carry out independent research leading to publications in high-quality international refereed journals.
