Corporate Learning Center Instructor

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Corporate Learning Center Instructor in Shanghai. Corporate trainers deliver high-quality learning experiences for employees and managers, including CLC courses (virtual and in-person), team development sessions, one-on-one coaching and contributions to instructional design and content.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver CLC curriculum across professional, management and team development programs, virtually or in person, following CLC instructional standards
• Create an engaging, learner-centered environment through discussion, practice and clear facilitation
• Facilitate team development workshops such as DISC sessions, high-performing teams and collaboration workshops
• Provide coaching on communication and team dynamics, helping learners apply course concepts to real workplace situations
• Update course materials (slides, exercises, guides, facilitator notes) and contribute to digital learning resources and ongoing curriculum improvements
• Support course setup in Workday Learning (LMS), including scheduling, roster management and attendance reporting
• Partner with managers and HR business partners to understand needs and recommend solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Communication, Education, Organizational Development or a related field; engineering or other technical degrees are also welcome for those moving into Learning & Development
• Experience in a Learning and Development role (instruction, facilitation, coaching, instructional design) within a semiconductor or manufacturing organization
• Experience working with highly technical, skilled audiences and senior management
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Confident facilitator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced multicultural environments
• Willingness to travel to different KLA offices as needed
