Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will design and execute data‑driven campaigns to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This role focuses on social media marketing, marketing automation, and leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the Chinese market.

Key responsibilities

• Implement end‑to‑end social media operations and paid social ads across WeChat, Bilibili, Red Note and other channels, maintaining brand tone consistency and handling community interactions.
• Refine social media content, design creative formats and visuals, and adapt technical content for optimal social dissemination.
• Design and launch social media campaigns to increase engagement and traffic.
• Collaborate with global teams to deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud in China.
• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SCRM systems to understand customers, create personalized content, and generate leads.
• Support integrated marketing activities with campaign and product teams, consolidating cross‑channel performance data and proposing actionable optimisations.
• Measure and report key performance indicators, providing iterative suggestions.
• Monitor budget spend, evaluate vendors, and optimise budget allocation.
• Research social media trends, explore new platforms/tools, and stay current with best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably in an industrial or international environment.
• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience using SCRM systems for customer segmentation and personalized content.
• Ability to generate AI‑driven content and copywriting for social media.
