Digital Campaign Manager – eCommerce & Owned Channels

About the role

The Digital Campaign Management role sits within adidas' Digital Ecosystem Marketing team. You will own the Basketball, Training and Hype categories across all eCommerce platforms, driving end‑to‑end digital activation, campaign excellence and commercial performance while also leading activations on adidas‑owned ecosystem channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end digital activation and campaign execution on eCommerce platforms to maximize share of voice, traffic and conversion.
• Integrate eCommerce campaigns with brand communications to drive focused assortment sell‑through and orchestrate inline pack drops across all stores.
• Plan and execute daily activations on adidas‑owned ecosystem channels, optimizing member experience and supporting WeChat recruitment.
• Monitor engagement, traffic and sales KPIs in real time and provide data‑informed recommendations to improve UX, campaign mechanics and platform tactics.
• Track industry trends, platform innovations and competitor activity, driving test‑and‑learn initiatives and co‑creation projects on owned channels.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing or eCommerce operations.
• Hands‑on product go‑to‑market experience is a plus.
• Background in the sportswear industry with a passion for Basketball, Training and Hype categories.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional execution in a matrixed organization.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams and basic platform negotiation and relationship management skills.
