职位概况
我们正在寻找具备3年以上DevOps或SRE经验的工程师，负责公司内部服务器集群的规划、运维与持续优化，并构建符合医疗质量体系的CI/CD流水线。
主要职责
- 规划、运维并持续优化公司自建服务器集群。
- 基于GitLab CI和Jenkins设计并实现符合ISO 13485等医疗质量体系的高度自动化CI/CD流水线。
- 搭建全链路监控、日志与告警体系（如Prometheus、Grafana、ELK），提前感知风险，保障系统稳定。
- 负责Conan、Nexus、Docker Registry等关键服务的高可用、高性能与安全性，支撑研发团队需求。
任职要求
- 3年以上DevOps或SRE工作经验，熟悉Linux系统、网络与存储。
- 熟悉企业内部研发工具链的自建、运维与管理。
- 熟悉GitLab CI/CD和Jenkins流水线设计，具备从零搭建或大规模重构经验者优先。
- 具备优秀的脚本编写能力（Python或Shell），对系统化、质量与安全有高度追求。
