Solution Delivery Specialist

About the role

EMQ is a global fintech company enabling cross‑border payments. The Solution Delivery Specialist will work from our Shanghai office, helping customers integrate with the EMQ payments ecosystem during onboarding and throughout the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Configure environments and drive seamless API integrations tailored to the specific technology constraints of financial‑services partners.
• Translate complex client requirements into optimized technical solutions that maximize the value of EMQ’s payment ecosystem.
• Lead technical project delivery by partnering cross‑functionally with Product Managers and Engineers to accelerate time‑to‑market.
• Empower the Business Development team by providing technical expertise during critical pre‑ and post‑sales negotiations.
• Champion the developer experience by improving integration resources (APIs, SDKs, documentation, and reference code) to reduce friction for customers.
• Support the implementation of new features and bug fixes across EMQ’s platform.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical integration issues between EMQ and client systems.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners, especially external product and technical counterparts.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience delivering complex API or technical integrations.
• Understanding of system architecture, product development lifecycles, and RESTful APIs (Swagger, OpenAPI, OAuth2).
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex project plans, stakeholders, and conflicting priorities autonomously.
