职位概况
我们正在寻找具备3年以上DevOps或SRE经验的工程师，负责公司自建服务器集群的规划、运维及持续优化，推动高质量的CI/CD实践。
主要职责
- 规划、运维并持续优化内部服务器集群。
- 基于GitLab CI和Jenkins设计并实现符合ISO 13485等医疗质量体系的自动化流水线。
- 构建全链路监控、日志与告警体系（Prometheus、Grafana、ELK），提前感知风险。
- 负责Conan、Nexus、Docker Registry等关键服务的高可用、高性能与安全。
任职要求
- 3年以上DevOps或SRE工作经验，熟悉Linux系统、网络与存储。
- 熟悉企业内部研发工具链的自建、运维与管理。
- 熟练使用GitLab CI/CD和Jenkins，具备从零搭建或大规模重构经验者优先。
- 具备优秀的Python或Shell脚本编写能力，注重系统化思维、质量与安全。
