职位概况
负责多云平台（AWS、阿里云）的基础设施自动化、CI/CD 流水线、GitOps 与监控运维建设，推动 Automation First 落地，提高交付效率和平台韧性。
主要职责
- 使用 Terraform、Ansible、GitLab 等工具实现基础设施代码化，保障环境一致性。
- 设计、维护 CI/CD 流水线及自动化部署方案。
- 推动 IaC、GitOps 与标准化发布流程落地。
- 建设监控、告警、自愈等自动化运维能力。
- 通过自动化识别闲置资源、异常消耗，配合 FinOps 实现成本优化。
- 支持 Kubernetes、Docker 及容器镜像流程，参与 ACK/EKS 等平台自动化建设。
任职要求
- 5 年以上 DevOps、平台工程、SRE 或基础设施自动化经验。
- 持有 Terraform、CKA/CKAD、AWS DevOps、Alibaba Cloud DevOps、GitLab 等相关认证优先。
- 具备英语沟通能力，能够跨团队协作。
必备技能
- Terraform、Ansible、GitLab CI、Jenkins
- Shell、Python 脚本开发
- GitOps、Kubernetes、Docker
- 监控与日志工具链
