Designer – Luxury Jewelry

About the role

We are looking for a senior designer to shape the creative DNA of a new premium jewelry brand. You will translate Chinese cultural heritage into contemporary, globally appealing luxury pieces and help define the brand’s long‑term positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high‑end jewelry collections from concept through final production.
• Create innovative pieces that reinterpret Chinese cultural elements for an international luxury market.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set creative direction, product strategy and brand positioning.
• Monitor global jewelry, fashion and luxury trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and external manufacturers to ensure design excellence and successful launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing jewelry for an international luxury or premium brand, with a strong portfolio.
• Deep appreciation and understanding of Chinese culture and aesthetics.
• Ability to translate cultural narratives into contemporary collections that resonate with modern luxury consumers.
• Strategic thinking that extends beyond design to product direction and brand building.
