职位概况
负责公司品牌形象及营销项目的视觉设计，需将业务需求转化为有效的视觉方案，支持视频和动态内容创作，并运用AI工具提升效率。
主要职责
- 负责公司品牌日常及营销项目的视觉设计。
- 根据市场、品牌、销售、电商等需求，策划并执行营销活动视觉。
- 承担基础的视频和动态设计工作。
- 使用AI工具提升设计效率。
- 跨部门协作，推动项目按时完成。
- 与供应商沟通，确保印刷、喷绘等物料落地。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，视觉传达、平面设计等相关专业优先。
- 5年以上品牌视觉或商业设计经验，有快消、广告公司或品牌方经验优先。
- 具备扎实的平面设计能力，熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign。
- 具备良好的版式、字体、色彩、构图审美。
- 能够独立完成从需求到最终输出的完整流程。
- 具备品牌意识，维护视觉统一性。
- 具备视频制作能力，熟悉Premiere、After Effects，有短视频经验优先。
