职位概况

负责铸造与制造供应商的质量管理，作为采购技术专家，推动项目质量计划的落实。

主要职责

担任铸造及制造供应商的质量导师，使用8D、PSS、5WHY等方法解决质量问题。
支持采购项目的质量管理计划，监控并改进IPM/PPM等质量KPI。
系统化完善供应商质量管理体系，推动供应商质量持续提升。
与国内外采购团队协作，提供技术支持。

任职要求

熟练掌握8D、PSS、PDCA、FMEA、控制计划等质量工具。
精通铸造、热处理工艺，具备涂层和机加工知识。
具备流利的英语听说读写能力。
有供应商管理经验者优先，熟悉APQP、PPAP流程者优先。
