Cross-Plant (XP) Coordinator

About the role

The Cross-Plant (XP) Coordinator ensures smooth coordination of XP operations, subcontracted work packages and plant suppliers at Airbus Tianjin. The role guarantees that all resources are available to complete electrical, systems and structural reworks on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate XP operations, subcontracted work packages and plant suppliers, ensuring resources and means are in place.
• Analyze technical impact of outstanding work and monitor logistics flows between Europe and Tianjin.
• Ensure on‑time and on‑quality completion of outstanding work and non‑conformities.
• Validate priority of blocking and critical rework requests and lead internal coordination activities.
• Oversee daily activities of service providers, monitor schedule adherence, and act as escalation point for critical items.
• Report stock logistics requests, review long lead‑time issues, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support, train and transfer knowledge to new XP operations team members.

Required profile

• Professional experience in assembly, integration or logistics coordination.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a strong commitment to act with integrity.
