Creative Strategist – Influencer Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead our influencer marketing efforts across YouTube, TikTok and Meta. You will own the testing engine, craft compelling creative briefs, and shape organic content that drives discovery, watch time and awareness in key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a weekly roadmap of angles, hooks, formats, audience hypotheses and scale winning concepts quickly.
• Write high‑quality creator and editor briefs, scripts, hooks, product demos, CTAs and channel‑specific formats.
• Lead the organic strategy for YouTube, TikTok and Meta, optimizing for discovery, watch time and awareness.
• Manage a team of three video editors, setting priorities, quality standards and a fast production rhythm.
• Identify high‑performing UGC and creator assets and collaborate with Paid Media to adapt them for Spark Ads, GMV and Meta placements.
• Analyze performance metrics (view velocity, watch time, hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR) to refine future creative briefs.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in growth creative, influencer or UGC content, and performance marketing for DTC e‑commerce.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to work in an international team.
• Deep understanding of North American consumer culture, media trends, humor and platform nuances.
• Proven ability to build structured testing frameworks and link creative decisions to CPA, ROAS, CTR and hook‑rate outcomes.
• Hands‑on, decisive creator of strong hooks, scripts and briefs with direct‑response and storytelling expertise.
• Nice to have: experience with YouTube creator content, European markets, creator pipelines or leading a small creative/editing team.
