Consultant - Quality Systems Implementation

About the role

Join Veeva’s China Professional Services team to help life‑science companies modernize quality management by implementing the Veeva Quality suite, a cloud‑based platform that provides a single authoritative source for quality data and documents.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects at biotech or pharmaceutical companies designing and deploying quality systems.
• Configure and implement Veeva Quality suite components such as Veeva QMS, QualityDocs, Training, Station Manager, Validation Management and LIMS.
• Lead requirements workshops, prototype solutions and document content‑management designs.
• Manage project resources, track progress and forecast timelines.
• Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and support presales activities.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Deep experience with quality processes and compliance in life sciences.
• Proven experience implementing document or quality management systems for life‑science clients.
• Understanding of computer systems validation and ability to translate technology to business needs.
• Willingness to travel 10‑30 % within China and legal right to work in Shanghai or Suzhou.
