Communications Specialist – Internal & CSR Focus

About the role

The Communications Specialist will work within Corning’s Display Technologies segment to develop and execute internal communication strategies that align stakeholders with business priorities. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to create compelling stories, manage channels, and lead CSR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of internal communication strategy and editorial plan.
• Create compelling stories featuring people, business and team collaboration to reinforce company culture and business alignment.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels.
• Plan and execute internal campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead CSR project execution, including vendor management, partnership development, and internal volunteerism mechanisms.
• Act as a communications partner to cross‑functional and plant teams, providing consultation and support on communication needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with online and social media platforms or willingness to learn.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Digital fluency and desire to work with agencies and vendors.
