Commissioning Team Manager – Dalian

About the role

Alfa Laval is looking for a Commissioning Team Manager to lead site commissioning activities and drive team performance in the marine sector. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery of projects while supporting the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out site commissioning jobs as instructed and manage the overall commissioning process.
• Implement company rules, safety audits and quality management systems within the team.
• Supervise personnel, including hiring recommendations, performance evaluations, training, work allocation and problem resolution.
• Maintain reasonable team utilization and manage commissioning margins for projects.
• Oversee paperwork, reimbursements and competence development of team members.
• Assist in planning coordination of new commissioning and service assignments and ensure timely customer service.

Required skills

• Hands‑on electrical engineering knowledge.
• Hands‑on mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Experience with marine commissioning and service projects (minimum 3 years).
• Coordination and planning of mobile workforces.
• Fluent English communication.
