Clinical Research Physician – Oncology & ADC

About the role

We are seeking a senior Clinical Research Physician with a strong oncology background to lead early‑phase ADC (antibody‑drug conjugate) research projects. The position is based in an office environment in Shanghai, with occasional collaboration across Hangzhou and Beijing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and review clinical research protocols for new drug candidates, especially ADCs.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams to ensure timely progress of clinical studies.
• Identify and resolve scientific and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain systematic technical knowledge in clinical medicine and related therapeutic areas.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree preferred; master’s degree or higher required.
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Background in oncology; experience in immunology, CNS, rheumatology, gastroenterology (IBD), or dermatology is a plus.
• Proven experience in early clinical research and protocol development.
• Strong coordination, communication, and adaptability skills.
