Clinical Research Physician – Oncology & ADC

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Physician to lead early‑phase oncology projects, with a focus on antibody‑drug conjugate (ADC) development. The position is based in Shanghai and follows a standard Monday‑Friday office schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design and write clinical research protocols for early‑stage oncology and ADC studies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to advance projects from pre‑clinical to clinical phases.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with immunology, CNS, gastroenterology, and dermatology experts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards throughout the study lifecycle.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree (PhD or MD) preferred; master’s degree or higher required.
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability to lead senior clinical research activities and communicate scientific concepts effectively.
