Clinical Research Physician – Oncology & ADC Development

About the role
The Clinical Research Physician will lead early‑stage oncology projects, focusing on antibody‑drug conjugate (ADC) research and new drug development. The role is based in Shanghai and follows a standard Monday‑Friday office schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Design and write clinical research protocols for oncology and ADC studies.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams to ensure timely progress of clinical trials.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Identify and resolve scientific and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide scientific expertise for regulatory submissions and documentation.
Required profile
- Doctoral degree preferred; Master’s degree or higher in a medical‑related field is required.
- 5‑10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong background in oncology, immunology, CNS, gastroenterology, rheumatology, or dermatology research.
- Proven experience in ADC new‑drug research and early clinical development.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
