Clinical Research Physician – Autoimmune & Oncology

About the role

The position leads clinical studies in autoimmune, inflammatory, respiratory, dermatology, rheumatology and several oncology areas, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality trial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑chair the clinical study team and be accountable for design, conduct, interpretation and reporting of one or more clinical studies.
• Provide clinical and scientific expertise during trial strategy and protocol development, applying Enhanced Clinical Trial Design (ECTD) and Enhanced Quantitative Drug Development (EQDD) principles.
• Draft study outlines, protocols and amendments in collaboration with statisticians, outcomes researchers, clinical pharmacologists, project managers and external investigators.
• Create and deliver training materials for investigators and site staff, and oversee Data Monitoring Committees and endpoint adjudication committees.
• Maintain direct contact with investigative sites, support enrolment, monitor safety data and manage protocol deviations.

Required profile

• Doctorate degree (MD/PhD) in a relevant medical field; recent graduates who have completed hospital residency are acceptable.
• Preferable experience in both hospital and pharmaceutical industry settings.
• Fluent English communication skills.
