Chief of Staff – Executive Office (Insurance)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to support the CEO of a leading insurance organization. This high‑visibility position works directly with the China CEO and collaborates across board teams, providing strategic and operational support to drive business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, travel arrangements, and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare board presentations, executive briefings, and strategic reports.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform business planning and decision‑making.
• Track critical initiatives, ensure timely delivery of action items, and monitor progress of strategic projects.
• Partner with business leaders to coordinate organization‑wide initiatives and facilitate cross‑functional communication.
• Support client relationship activities, participate in key meetings, and assist with business development.
• Assist with budget management, cost monitoring, and process improvements within the CEO Office.
• Organise leadership off‑sites, management meetings, and strategic workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 8‑10 years of experience in executive assistance, chief of staff, business management, or strategic coordination.
• Experience in insurance brokerage, financial services, consulting, or professional services is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand business priorities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent business writing skills.
