职位概况
负责维护质量管理体系，开展客户认证管理，使用FMEA、质量门、控制计划等工具，支持客户审核并推动VDA过程审核及改进措施。
主要职责
- 维护质量管理体系及客户认证管理
- 使用FMEA、质量门、控制计划等质量工具
- 协调并跟进客户审核、VDA过程审核
- 推动5Why/8D改进措施
- 主导APQP、FMEA等项目
- 开展质量知识培训（如VDA6.3）
任职要求
- 本科及以上，工程类相关专业
- 5年以上质量管理经验，有汽车或软件质量经验者优先
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的英语读写和口语能力
- 拥有IATF 16949、VDA6.3、FMEA、APQP培训认证者加分
