Capacity Planner

About the role

The Capacity Planner will ensure material availability and production capacity for Belimo's Shanghai plant. You will coordinate daily with commercial, planning, and purchasing teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and optimal use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Check material availability and prioritize IQC tasks.
• Release MTS/MTO production orders and plan capacity based on resources and overtime.
• Maintain safety stock levels and monitor rounding values for the Shanghai plant.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to secure timely deliveries.
• Manage slow‑moving, scrap, and return materials, and support engineering change orders and quality cases.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on customization and deliveries.
• Arrange import and export shipments, including cargo booking and pickups.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in supply‑chain planning or coordination.
• Strong accuracy, communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent written and oral English is a plus.
• Team‑oriented, organized, quality‑aware and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, especially MM and PP modules.
• Solid IT and PC skills.
