About the role
Join the Food & Beverage Service team at Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen as a Bar Attendant. You will deliver legendary, personalized service to guests in a premium hotel setting, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve service and product delivery standards throughout the dining experience.
- Assist guests courteously and efficiently, addressing special requests and dietary requirements.
- Communicate with the kitchen to coordinate guest needs.
- Verify that all items served are accounted for on the final bill before presenting it.
- Offer a warm farewell and thank each guest for their visit.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar bar or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
