职位概况
我们正在寻找具备5年以上税务或财务经验的税务副经理，负责公司税务策略制定、合规管理及成本核算等工作。
主要职责
- 制定并执行公司税务策略，开展税收筹划，降低税负。
- 确保税务合规，识别风险并应对税务检查。
- 组织税务申报、税款缴纳及账务处理，配合内外部审计。
- 跟踪税法变化，评估影响并制定应对方案。
- 与财务、业务、法务等部门协作，嵌入税务要求。
- 维护与税务机关及相关政府部门的良好沟通。
- 负责产品成本核算、成本控制分析及成本计划支持。
任职要求
- 财务、会计、税务等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上税务或财务工作经验，有税务师事务所或企业经验者优先。
- 熟悉会计准则及纳税申报流程，具备良好的学习能力和主动工作态度。
- 英语可作为工作语言。
- 具备良好的沟通协调、分析判断能力及高度的责任心。
必备技能
- SAP软件操作熟练
