Associate Consultant (R&D)

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission‑driven SaaS leader helping life‑sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As part of the Generation Veeva program, you will join the Professional Services team as an Implementation Consultant intern, gaining exposure to the full implementation lifecycle of Veeva applications for a variety of life‑sciences clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams in delivering high‑quality Veeva solutions, including analysis, solution design, and configuration under guidance.
• Assist Project Managers with project delivery, customer workshops, data migration, and system testing tasks.
• Help create training documentation and build reports & analytics for client projects.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Passion for using technology to improve business processes.
