Associate Consultant – Logistics & Supply Chain Management

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, you will join a seasoned team to create and deliver innovative solutions for global clients across automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods and retail sectors. The role combines strategic analysis with hands‑on implementation, requiring travel to client sites in China and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative logistics and supply chain solutions for international clients in automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods and retail.
• Analyze and optimise complex manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Implement dynamic materials management systems on‑site at client locations.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and client teams throughout project life‑cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• At least four months of practical experience in supply chain management, consulting or relevant industry.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational abilities.
• International work or study experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel in China and abroad; native Mandarin speaker with excellent English.
