职位概况
负责血管内超声、准分子激光消融设备及相关耗材在外周介入领域的销售推广，完成区域年度进货与出货指标，提升市场份额。
主要职责
- 执行公司市场推广策略，开展产品培训和技术支持。
- 协助血管外科等临床专家开展新介入疗法，制定并执行临床教育计划。
- 建立并维护区域重要合作伙伴关系，推动协同拜访和业务发展。
- 管理经销商的销售工作，确保渠道管理策略落地。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，临床或生物医学工程等相关专业优先。
- 6 年以上医疗行业销售经验，熟悉心外周介入疗法。
- 具备优秀的市场开拓能力和客户、经销商管理经验。
- 出差频率超过 50%。
必备技能
- 熟悉心外周介入疗法。
- 能够提供临床技术支持和培训。
