Assistant Officer – Telemarketing Personal Loan Sales

About the role

As an Assistant Officer in the Consumer Banking Group, you will engage prospective customers through outbound telemarketing calls to promote and sell personal loans, credit cards, and other unsecured banking products. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and present DBS consumer banking products.
• Provide accurate information, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting leads into sales.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and persuade customers.
• Excellent problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑moving environment.
