About the role

The Business School of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) in Shenzhen, Guangdong, is recruiting full-time, on-site Assistant, Associate and Full Professors, as well as an Academic Leader of the Discipline, in Finance/Accounting and AI. The school emphasises English-language teaching, applied research and industry collaboration, and successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research and the school's academic development. The preferred start date is immediate.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courses in relevant areas of economics and management.
• Conduct high-level academic research.
• Contribute to the Business School's academic and institutional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and take part actively in school initiatives.

Required profile

• PhD degree.
• English proficiency sufficient to teach courses entirely in English.
• Strong commitment to effective teaching, productive research and service to the school, university and society.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with academic colleagues.
• Preferred: professional experience outside academia, international educational background or work experience, and immediate availability.
