Computer Science Teacher - Middle School

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join our middle‑school faculty for the 2027‑28 academic year. The successful candidate will inspire students aged 11‑14, introducing them to core computing concepts and fostering a love of problem‑solving through hands‑on projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging computer‑science curriculum covering coding, 3D modeling, robotics, electrical engineering, multimedia and productivity tools.
• Guide students in applying design thinking to real‑world challenges and preparing them for AP Computer Science assessments.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate STEAM topics across subjects and contribute to school‑wide initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and stay current with emerging educational technologies.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Computer Science, Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching middle‑school students, preferably in an international or bilingual environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and collaborative school culture.
