职位概况
Abercrombie & Fitch旗下Hollister品牌在北京APM店招聘服装导购/品牌代表，负责为顾客提供热情周到的服务，传递品牌精神，维护整洁有序的店铺环境。
主要职责
- 为顾客提供热情、周到、宾至如归的服务，主动了解需求并提供产品推荐与搭配建议
- 协助补货，保持卖场整洁有序，按尺码整理商品并落实陈列标准
- 准确高效处理购买、退换货等收银事务，保持友好亲切的结账服务
- 支持缺货订购、门店自提及线上订单打包发货

- 中文流畅
- 能营造热情、包容的顾客体验
- 能适应快节奏环境，兼顾顾客服务与日常事务
- 条理清晰、注重细节，工作可靠且出勤稳定
