职位概况

负责公司Android原生及Flutter跨端应用的研发与维护，参与需求分析、技术方案设计及核心功能实现，确保高质量交付。

主要职责

开发并维护Android原生应用和Flutter跨端应用。
参与移动端产品需求分析、技术方案设计及核心功能实现。
与产品、设计、后端团队协作，确保功能按期上线。
持续优化App性能、稳定性和用户体验，排查技术问题。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。
1-3年Android开发经验，具备1-2个正式上线项目。
具备独立发现并解决问题的能力，编码规范、文档编写良好。
熟悉Android开发框架，有Flutter跨端开发经验者优先。
