Job description
职位概况
负责研发、测试、UAT、生产全流程K8S容器环境的搭建与运维，支撑AIOps平台及中间件的部署、调优和灾备，推动自动化CI/CD落地。
主要职责
- 搭建、维护研发、测试、生产全流程K8S集群，进行资源管理与故障排查。
- 编写、优化自动化部署脚本，维护GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD流水线。
- 部署与运维微服务、大数据、监控等中间件，进行性能调优。
- 保障AIOps平台服务器、系统、应用的日常运维与安全补丁。
- 负责客户侧POC测试、私有化K8S集群交付与现场故障排查。
- 实施业务数据备份、同步与灾备，确保数据安全。
任职要求
- 计算机相关专业本科以上，4-6年DevOps/云原生运维经验，完整参与项目全流程。
- 熟练使用GitLab/Jenkins搭建CI/CD，熟悉Shell、Python脚本开发。
- 精通Docker容器化、K8S集群运维，具备私有化部署能力。
- 熟悉Spring Cloud、Nacos、Sentinel等微服务中间件。
- 掌握MySQL、Redis、VictoriaMetrics、TDengine等数据库部署与运维。
- 熟练使用Prometheus、Grafana、Alertmanager、Filebeat、Vector、Elasticsearch、Kibana。
