About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to accelerate business growth for advanced automotive software, ECU development, testing, calibration, diagnostics, and AI‑enabled engineering solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor for OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, semiconductor firms, and software teams, helping them overcome complex engineering challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage sales opportunities with automotive OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers and technology partners.
• Provide technical consulting, solution design and pre‑sales support across ECU software, AUTOSAR Classic & Adaptive, in‑vehicle networking, diagnostics, measurement & calibration, SIL/HIL/MIL validation and AI‑driven development workflows.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, workshops and proof‑of‑concepts to senior engineering stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account managers, product management and global expert teams to create tailored proposals, quotations and implementation plans.
• Support the full sales cycle from qualification to contract closing.

Required profile

• Strong background in automotive software or embedded systems engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with development and testing toolchains for ECUs.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling commercial solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
