职位概况

负责车载AI座舱产品的售前技术推广、方案制定及平台管理，支持OEM及Tier1客户，实现从需求挖掘到项目交付的全流程闭环。

主要职责

进行产品技术宣讲、方案演示，搭建POC及样车演示环境。
统筹RFQ阶段技术评估、成本核算，编制技术报价单及商务提案。
制定RFQ阶段WBS，协调研发、测试、质量等跨部门资源，管控关键里程碑。
将客户需求转化为内部PRD或技术规范，跟踪AI座舱行业前沿并完善产品路线图。
推动AI座舱平台立项，收集需求并优化平台成本。

任职要求

本科及以上，车辆工程、电子信息、计算机等相关专业。
8年以上汽车电子售前或产品/系统/项目管理经验，完整AI座舱项目经历。
熟悉主机厂研发、采购及定点流程，具备商务谈判和出差适应能力。

必备技能

AI座舱软硬件架构、座舱SoC、操作系统、中间件、上层应用。
汽车电子电气架构、车载总线通信协议。
Excel财务测算模型、PPT方案撰写。
ASPICE、CMMI或PMP项目管理体系。
英文听说读写流利。
