职位概况
负责支持项目经理规划工作包和里程碑，确保产品质量符合量产要求，参与质量门、APQP、FMEA等关键环节。
主要职责
- 协助项目经理制定SOP时间表；
- 从需求分析到系统验证全流程支持工程团队；
- 确保产品可生产并满足质量标准；
- 执行质量门、样品放行、过程合规检查及纠正措施；
- 独立汇报质量状态并向高层提供决策依据。
任职要求
- 理工科硕士学历（软件或工业工程方向）；
- 具备汽车开发/制造经验；
- 熟练使用MS Office；
- 具备良好的英文书面及口语能力。
必备技能
- VDA6.3、VDA-MLA、FMEA、APQP、IATF 16949相关培训或认证；
- 3年以上质量或相关领域工作经验；
- Power BI、Python、AI等数据分析工具。
