AI Expert – Agentic AI Systems for Manufacturing

About the role

As an AI Expert at Bosch Powertrain Systems in Wuxi, you will be a core builder of Bosch's AI‑Native Operations. You will design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents that collaborate with manufacturing teams to continuously improve processes through the M.AI.Co (Mobility AI Copilot) platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify agentic opportunities across manufacturing operations and translate business cases into technical architectures.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Leverage coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot Workspace) and prompt‑engineering techniques to accelerate development.
• Build multi‑agent pipelines that combine LLMs, vision models, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and structured data.
• Implement safety guardrails, human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints, audit logging, and risk‑control frameworks for production deployment.
• Lead end‑to‑end computer‑vision projects for automatic optical inspection, including model design (CNN, ViT, multimodal), data collection, labeling, and continuous performance improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background in AI agent development and production‑grade deployment.
• Experience with modern LLM ecosystems and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to design computer‑vision and deep‑learning solutions for manufacturing.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, machine, and product teams.
