Job description
职位概况
负责Web端港美股柜台业务的AI Agent产品交付与技术实现，涵盖订单、账户、风控、资产中心等模块。工作时间9:00-18:00，周末双休，遵循香港节假日。
主要职责
- 端到端交付AI Agent产品，拆解业务需求并制定落地方案。
- 部署、调试、优化Agent工作流、Prompt及知识库（RAG），解决兼容性、性能及稳定性问题。
- 确保项目按计划推进，交付质量达标并提升客户满意度。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能或大数据相关专业。
- 3年以上工作经验，具备金融/证券（港美股）背景，有中后台系统开发经验者优先。
- 具备AI编程实战经验，能够独立完成技术方案设计与实现。
