ACOLS35 Internship – Management Support

About the role

The ACOLS35 internship provides a hands‑on opportunity to support managers and teams within Airbus’ Tianjin Final Assembly facility. You will assist with day‑to‑day operational, planning and organisational tasks while gaining insight into the aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely administrative and operational assistance to assigned managers or project teams.
• Help coordinate planning activities, schedule meetings and track progress of tasks.
• Monitor compliance‑related documentation and flag potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports as required.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by suggesting efficient processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in business, engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated integrity and awareness of compliance standards.
• Effective communication skills in English.
