Non-Technical Project/Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly collaborative and proactive Project/Program Manager to lead non‑technical initiatives in field operations across China. The role serves as the central coordination point between corporate functional teams and local site leadership, ensuring successful deployment of projects, programs and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with field and corporate leaders to deploy non‑technical projects, corporate programs and strategic initiatives across multiple China sites.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Security, EHS and other support organizations.
• Track implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and facilitate resolution of execution challenges.
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and government or external stakeholder engagements.
• Assist corporate facilities teams with site infrastructure projects and workplace improvement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, corporate services or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional programs and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
