Accountant

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage after‑sales financial operations, technician transaction bookkeeping, and fixed‑asset accounting across its branches. You will ensure accurate financial reporting under both PRC GAAP and IFRS.

Key responsibilities

• Release sales orders for after‑sales business based on payment and order types.
• Bookkeep and reconcile technicians’ transactions, record income, clear accounts, and issue invoices promptly.
• Track outstanding receivables, follow up with regional after‑sales teams, and prepare aging reports.
• Handle intercompany non‑trading charges and manage monthly tax calculations and filings for branches.
• Oversee fixed‑asset processes, conduct physical counts, and maintain accurate asset records.
• Generate and reconcile financial statements under PRC GAAP and IFRS, verifying accuracy for each branch.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• More than 5 years of accounting experience in foreign enterprises.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of routine transactions and financial statements under PRC GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
