Account Director – Client & Project Management

About the role

WPP Production is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships and oversee multi‑channel production projects. The role combines strategic account management with hands‑on project coordination across creative, retouching, content and broadcast teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, defining deliverables, scope and timelines while ensuring transparent communication.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, aligning WPP Production’s services and technology with client objectives.
• Coordinate internal departments and external stakeholders to drive efficient project execution and successful delivery of campaigns, including video shoots.
• Monitor team structure and resources to meet profitability targets and adjust allocations as needed.
• Ensure all output complies with brand guidelines, style guides and internal quality‑control standards.
• Identify workflow improvements and recommend process enhancements.
• Oversee financial compliance with company procedures and policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of account management experience in a creative or production agency or a comparable client‑facing role.
• Proven track record developing integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategies across ATL, BTL and social channels.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work under pressure and assimilate large volumes of information.
