职位概况
我们正在招聘销售顾问，负责推广猎聘企业版招聘产品，面向企业用户开展电话及面访沟通，达成客户开发目标。
主要职责
- 通过电话和面访方式联系企业用户，收集潜在客户信息。
- 完成客户谈判、签订书面合同并实现销售目标。
- 解决销售过程中的客户问题，跟踪已签约客户，确保付款顺利。
- 与客户建立长期互利合作关系，提供招聘解决方案。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，有销售经验者优先。
- 具备电话销售、互联网行业或猎头相关经验者优先。
- 具备韧性、强烈的责任心，能够团队合作。
- 沟通学习能力强，为人开朗，能让客户感到信任。
