职位概况
负责上海市黄浦区企业员工餐厅的百人团餐，设计每日不重复的午餐菜单，月薪10000元起，提供食宿。
主要职责
- 为约100名员工提供每日午餐，制定多样化菜单。
- 负责食材采购并对接稳定供应商。
- 组织打包配送，确保餐食准时安全送达。
任职要求
- 年龄35-60岁，持有效厨师证和健康证，无不良嗜好。
- 8年以上专业厨师经验，3年以上大型企业团餐或百人以上宴席主厨经验。
必备技能
- 熟悉中餐烹饪工艺。
- 具备食材采购与供应链管理能力。
- 能够组织团队进行餐食打包与配送。
