Job description
职位概况
负责智能驾驶/ADAS 多传感器标定算法的设计、开发、优化与落地，涵盖相机内外参、相机-车辆、Camera-LiDAR 联合等标定任务。加入 Bosch 上海团队，推动算法从研发到量产部署。
主要职责
- 设计、开发并优化智能驾驶/ADAS 多传感器标定算法，包括相机内外参、相机-车辆、Camera-LiDAR 联合、在线标定等。
- 实现标定算法核心模块的工程化，提升精度、鲁棒性和收敛性能，并进行道路及车辆场景的算法分析与改进。
- 负责从数据分析、算法开发到实车测试及量产部署的全流程落地。
任职要求
- 计算机、自动化、电子信息、车辆工程、数学、控制、机器人等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
- 具备2年以上计算机视觉、机器人、自动驾驶、SLAM、三维点云或多传感器融合项目经验。
- 熟悉相机标定、坐标系变换及三维几何基础，掌握旋转矩阵、四元数、Euler Angle 等姿态表示方法。
- 熟悉非线性优化及 Ceres、g2o 等优化框架，具备标定算法精度、鲁棒性和收敛性分析能力。
必备技能
- C/C++、Python、Linux 开发环境。
- OpenCV、PCL、Eigen、Ceres、g2o 等算法库。
- 相机标定、坐标系变换、旋转矩阵、四元数、Euler Angle。
- 光流、特征匹配、PnP、RANSAC、Homography、Vanishing Point、ICP/GICP 等计算机视觉与三维几何算法。
- 非线性优化、数据分析与问题定位能力。
