Warehouse Contract Manager – APAC

About the role

H&M Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Contract Manager for the APAC region to own contract and vendor management across its warehouse network. You will ensure contracts are optimized, compliant, and aligned with global strategies while supporting local business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own contract and vendor management for warehouse‑related suppliers across the continent.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including proactive planning of renewals and terminations.
• Ensure all commercial activities meet legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• Track supplier performance through structured vendor management and KPI monitoring.
• Align continental activities with global commercial strategies and contribute to category direction.
• Maintain accurate contract data for benchmarking and continuous improvement.
• Analyze contracts (cost, quality, risk, performance) and drive actions to improve outcomes.
• Lead standardisation of contracts, SLAs, and rate cards with key stakeholders.
• Support local teams, act as escalation point, and provide training on best practices.
• Monitor operational performance, risks, and key logistics KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability from social, environmental, and economic perspectives.

Required profile

• Experience in contract and vendor management within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Comfortable collaborating with global, regional, and local teams.
• Strong understanding of supplier performance, compliance, and sustainability requirements.
• Analytical and business‑driven mindset focused on value creation.
• Structured, organised, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
